Our parties blend creative STEM activities with open exploration in a clean and safe environment. Kids get to explore coding robots, building stations, and interactive play zones, while parents can relax knowing their children are having a rewarding and enriching experience. We handle the setup and cleanup so parents can enjoy the celebration too.

Why a STEM Party?
A party at Stemville comes with tons of engaging, open-ended activities at your disposal, so everyone can find something they enjoy. During parties, you’ll have one and a half hours of open play, allowing everyone to explore to their heart’s content, plus 30 minutes of celebration. If your kids love Stemville, they’ll love a Stemville party.
Parties vary by location and each location has its own unique options. For some of our parties, you’ll have the option to choose a structured, parties-only group science experiment, like volcanoes, lava lamps, or a slime bar. And you won’t have to clean up after!
Kids are free to learn and explore, and you won’t have to worry about anyone playing too rough or getting injured.

01 Do parents need to stay for the party?
Yes, the host parent is required to stay, but other parents do not have to stay.
02 What is your cancellation or refund policy?
A non refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
03 How far in advance can I book a party?
We accept bookings up to three months in advance. We recommend reserving your date as soon as possible within this window, especially for weekend parties, as slots fill up quickly.
04 Can I add more guests to my party?
Additional guests may be accommodated for an extra fee. Please inquire when booking.
05 When can I arrive to set up for the party?
Hosts may arrive 15 minutes before the party start time at both locations. Stemville staff will have the party set up. Additional decorations can be dropped off 48 hours in advance.
06 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept deposit payments via credit or debit card only. The deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party.
07 Do you offer weekday parties?
Our Howell location offers weekday party times. Please inquire for availability.
08 Is the coffee bar open during parties?
Coffee bar requests must be made at the time of booking to ensure availability.
09 Is there a discount on parties for members?
Yes! Members receive a 10% discount on the entire party package.
